{"id":925,"date":"2018-10-16T11:09:33","date_gmt":"2018-10-16T08:09:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/progress.gov.ua\/?p=925"},"modified":"2020-03-11T16:48:18","modified_gmt":"2020-03-11T13:48:18","slug":"sztf-progres-predstavylo-novitnyu-rozrobku-harza-na-mizhnarodnij-oboronnij-vystavtsi-zbroya-ta-bezpeka-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/progress.gov.ua\/en\/sztf-progres-predstavylo-novitnyu-rozrobku-harza-na-mizhnarodnij-oboronnij-vystavtsi-zbroya-ta-bezpeka-2018\/","title":{"rendered":"SFTF PROGRESS showcased a range of impressive brand new products at this year&#8217;s \u201cArms and Security &#8211; 2018\u201d exhibition in Kyiv"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">SFTF PROGRESS unveiled the all-new &#8220;KHARZA&#8221; mobile radar facility\u00a0 alongside other recently developed products that were demonstrated by our firm at the XV International specialized exhibition &#8220;Arms and Security &#8211; 2018&#8221; in Kyiv.\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"color: #000080;\">The event took place 9-12th October in Ukrainian capital&#8217;s International Exhibition Centre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-945  alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/progress.gov.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/IMG_20181009_104904-e1539681137936-725x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"333\" height=\"470\" srcset=\"https:\/\/progress.gov.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/IMG_20181009_104904-e1539681137936-725x1024.jpg 725w, https:\/\/progress.gov.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/IMG_20181009_104904-e1539681137936-212x300.jpg 212w, https:\/\/progress.gov.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/IMG_20181009_104904-e1539681137936-768x1084.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 333px) 100vw, 333px\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">&#8220;KHARZA&#8221; MRF is intended for round-the clock all-weather defense of perimeter, site and approaches to them with the help of radar surveillance in arbitrary field-of-view (up\u00a0 to 360 degrees).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">It is constructed on Doppler radar with mechanical scanning of the antenna beam and optoelectronic devices, allowing to record information from cameras in the visible and infrared rays.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">One of &#8220;KHARZA&#8217;s&#8221; notable advantages is its compatibility: the facility is located on a single-axis car trailer equipped with mechanical lift which allows its operative and disguised relocation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-931 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/progress.gov.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/DSC3039-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"352\" height=\"198\" srcset=\"https:\/\/progress.gov.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/DSC3039-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/progress.gov.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/DSC3039-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/progress.gov.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/DSC3039-1024x576.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 352px) 100vw, 352px\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Apart from that, the facility requires minimal time roll-out. In fact, only 7 minutes are required to bring &#8220;KHARZA&#8221; to the active state.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Also, SFTF PROGRESS displayed such products as:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Large Set of Magnetic Surgical Instruments<\/strong> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><em>designed to remove foreign bodies from soft tissues, bones, joints, various cavities and organs and is used to provide specialized surgical care in military medical centers;<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Small Set of Magnetic Surgical Instruments <\/strong><em><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">designed to diagnose and remove ferromagnetic metal foreign bodies from soft tissues and is used to provide skilled and specialized surgical care at the stages of evacuation;<\/span><\/em><em><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-936 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/progress.gov.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/IMG_20181009_104602-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"234\" height=\"312\" srcset=\"https:\/\/progress.gov.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/IMG_20181009_104602-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/progress.gov.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/IMG_20181009_104602-768x1024.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 234px) 100vw, 234px\" \/><\/span><\/em> <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Modernized radar system RADAR-X-1-M &#8220;OKO&#8221; <\/strong><em><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">applicable for detection of (slow) moving ground targets in severe clutter environment detection of low altitude, low RCS air targets and measurement of target coordinates (distance and azimuth), RCS, radial velocity, and moments of Doppler spectra.
